It would be great to have the ability to show products on the homepage.

This is already possible using a hook.

For example, the ClientAreaHomepage hook point could be used to obtain and display the data you wish to.

Not what this is.
It should be possible to add the different hosting plans underneth the search domain field on the homepage (index.php)
