Allow credit padding to be toggled off/on for Kashflow sync module

The current implementation of the WHMCS kashflow sync module adds 4 digit padding to the beginning of credit invoices as they are synced over. The intention of this is to prevent conflicts between invoice IDs.

This does however mess up kashflows own numbering, as it means that the next invoice created outside of whmcs would be 999954321 instead of 54321. If there are scheduled invoices generated from kashflow this can cause big issues with requirements for sequential numbering for tax audit purposes.

We have been told that this request needs to be raised here as a request by the support team, so here it is!

Since our whmcs and kashflow both separately create invoices, we need to be able to turn the 9999 padding off.
