How can we improve WHMCS?

In the function of updating whois information from the client area, I would suggest to allow some fields of the whois data to be in read-only format.
For .no domain names the client needs to complete an applicant declaration in order to change the holder of a domain name.
So a registrar module can not just push a new organisation name, taxid or contact person without the applicant declaration.

This will need some kind of modification of the array pulling and showing the contact information where we can set a value for a field that is suppose to be read-only.
