Hi,

I’m sure this has been discussed before, but not seen a feature request for it.

Why when the cron terminates a hosting account is the relating invoice left as unpaid? It should be a feature in WHMCS for the related invoice to be cancelled once that product has been terminated by the cron.

Is this able to be implemented?

This is definitely a big annoyance - but importantly, it shouldn't cancel the whole invoice, but just the service in question, in-case there's multiple items billed in the same invoice.
