Change header logo href to home page?

The obvious expected action when clicking the SITE LOGO for the home page is to go back to the home page, but this action just reloads the billing/index.php instead. Can this be changed in the php by the administrator of the site?

Yes! It seems to be more intuitive when clicking on the "logo" of the home site to return to
www.mysitename.com
instead of
www.mysitename.com/billing/index.php

Hi Jessica,
The index.php is the homepage of WHMCS. Would you prefer the "Domain" value from General Settings be used instead?
This could be customised by a template customisation to header.tpl in the meantime.
