Please add " comment "option in the knowledge base. with disabling or enabling the feature.
This will help both clients and new users who visit the article. they may have doubts and question, so we can clear and guide them.
The marketing part of this is, the new users/visitors forced to signup to get an answer to this and we can send our newsletters or offers after that to them . this is good for seo purposes also
