How can we improve WHMCS?

Hello everyone,
for me it would be important to have in Whmcs a CRM for managing customer relations for pre sales and post-sales. The CRM should manage: leads, potential customers, customers, follow up through sending emails, notes, briefings and attachments. I hope that in the future you think of creating something like this.
