The standard Network Status page only includes options to show HTTP, FTP and POP3 status. However, those are all deprecated protocols (most users have moved to HTTPS, FTPS/SCP and IMAPS). In addition, other network services may be more relevant for monitoring based on the service provider (ie: perhaps no email service on a given server, etc).
Would be great if WHMCS would provide the ability to customize monitored services on a per-server basis as with other monitoring packages.
Alternatively, the ability to drop in Zabbix, Hetrix, or other service monitoring would be beneficial to replace the WHMCS built-in service.

I'm pleased to advise that the ports monitored can be customised, for instructions please see: https://docs.whmcs.com/Servers#Status_Monitoring
