While this can ultimately be added by a custom invoice, it would be great if there was an option to include redemption fees that I've specified if the domain does in fact go into redemption.
Expired Domain Status, Renewable, Restoration, etc
Hello Everyone.Currently all expired domains have only 1 status ie. EXPIRED. With different registrar, there is different domain renewal grace period, restoration period, restoration amount, etc and it is not integrated in the module. We need to manually change the status and remove/change the renewal invoices after the renewal grace period is over. If whmcs is integrated with these settings, it will be very easy for us.1. Set Renewal Grace Period (no. of days), Restoration Period, Restoration Cost, etc for each TLD and each Registrar.2. On Expiry the status to be changed as "EXPIRED - RENEWABLE" and this should be visible in Customer area.3. After Renewal Grace Period is Over, the status to be changed as "EXPIRED - RESTORABLE" and the invoice should be changed with "Domain Restoration" instead of Domain Renewal and the amount to be changed accordingly.4. After the Domain Restoration period ends, the status of the domain to be changed as "PENDING DELETE"Currently we cannot able to change the status manually also, as there is only "EXPIRED","CANCELLED" and "TERMINATED" is available. If your team can introduce this, it will be very useful.Regards,Baiju MathewTVMSERVER.
Interested to hear exactly how you would like to see this work. A couple of things specifically come to mind: what do you expect to be able to configure, how would WHMCS know when to add the fee, how would the fee be charged if an invoice has already been issued for the renewal? And anything else you think might be important to consider. Thanks!
