Domains IP/DNS status check when customers move hosting without informing

In order to have better control of clients would be nice to check (sometimes) domains IP/DNS status.. When customers move hosting without informing. This would avoid to generate invoices for nothing. Something like the attached image..

Thanks for your suggestion. Such a feature is located under Utilities > Domain Resolver
A member of staff could then manually cancel services highlighted by the check in accordance with your company polocy.
