The activity log is filled with "Processing ticket escalation rules" because it runs every five minutes, this drowns out any actually useful information.
It would be great to be able to hide these entries, so that the activity log can become useful again.
Thanks for your suggestion. I'm pleased to advise that in 7.1.2 and later, the escalation rules will not create an activity log entry each time they are run.
