How can we improve WHMCS?

I am writing to request the implementation of the SCA_ALWAYS option for the PayPal Payments gateway. Currently, the system uses SCA_WHEN_REQUIRED, which does not always meet the security needs of certain businesses. By having the option to enable SCA_ALWAYS, we can ensure that every transaction undergoes Strong Customer Authentication, providing an extra layer of security and compliance with specific regulatory requirements.

While it is understood that using SCA_ALWAYS can interfere with pay method vaulting and may cause undesired declines, having the choice to enable this feature would be highly beneficial for businesses that prioritize security over convenience.

I believe this feature would be valuable to many clients and could help mitigate potential fraud and unauthorized transactions. Please consider adding this option in future updates to enhance the flexibility and security of the PayPal Payments gateway.
