How can we improve WHMCS?

At this time it is a must to know who is your client.
You want to stay at least one step ahead of fraudsters whose fake identities pretend to be legitimate customers.
You need to distinguish real customers from fraudsters and be sure you acquire real customers and bounce crooks before they manage to access your service.

If you think this is unnecessary, or it is waste of money or expensive, believe me it is more expensive and risky to deal with someone who pretend to be someone else.
