We have lots of notes per client based on different categories related to those notes. When we go to the notes section, all separate notes are expanded meaning the notes page is large and lots of information to scroll through.
It would be useful if notes had a subject and a body, a bit like a support ticket (but not to be seen by the client), so the notes can be collapsed for easy identification of the relevant note. For example, we have the following note categories for some clients
** site details
** VOIP phones on site
** Router configuration
** Device location
Each category can have a lot of information, it would be good if it was expandable.
