How can we improve WHMCS?

Currently, the Paypal Gateway allows you to choose Paypal, Pay Later, and Credit or Debit Card. What happens if you have more than one payment gateway? For example, I'm only wanting to use Paypal for the Pay Later option to allow for Financing, and I use Stripe for Credit Cards. Currently, all of the payment gateway for Paypal is hard coded in, including the payment buttons. Can you either open up the PayPal module to allow customization based on the template or can you edit the gateway further to allow which buttons you want to enable or disable? With Paypal also allowing Paying through Venmo, this is much needed.
