Modify FROM and REPLY-TO in Ticket Notifications

I need to all emails sent by my WHMCS have a FROM Address: [email protected]

The emails sent by the support tickets are being sent by their email ([email protected]) and are being blocked in my Office 365 SMTP.
Ideally, FROM should be "[email protected]" and REPLY-TO be "[email protected]"

Currently, I'm using a third-party mail server to send all notifications, keeping my domain https://www.dedoho.pw/ clean. However, I need a REPLY-TO header so the client can respond directly to our mail server and then import it to WHMCS.
Having a default Reply-To field and the ability to customize that per template falls into the category of "obvious and simple features the absence of which are highly frustrating."
