Whenever I have a customer who wants to register a new domain with hosting I press the accept order button which then results in an automatically setup and registered domain with hosting.
My issue resides when a customer wants to transfer a domain to me (without downtime).
I would like to be able to accept the order, auto create the hosting space, auto send email with login info, but NOT yet transfer the domain.
After the customer is ready with uploading his website I want to start transfer the domain (or better; the customer should be able to do so from within his client area).
As how it's setup now, the domain transfers immediatelly and the customers website is not shown for a while.

Nameservers wouldn't normally be changed when transferring a domain, so there should be no downtime anyway.
However this is already possible:
Navigate to the order details page (Orders > List Orders > Click Order ID) and then UNtick the "Send to Registrar" option before clicking the "Accept Order" button.
Then when you're ready to initiate the transfer process later, use the Module Command buttons under the client's Domains tab
