Please add a way to mark ticket as unread via the API.
I'm using the API to add a ticket note with the AddTicketNote API call - and when doing so I want to mark the ticket as unread so it will be clear that a new note was added to the ticket (as if the client replied to the ticket).
Now there is no way to do it.
It would be great if you will add it to the AddTicketNote and to the UpdateTicket API calles.
