Please add more data to the ContactDelete hook Parameters

Hi,
Now when using the ContactDelete hook there are only 2 Parameters:
userid and contactid

This information is lacking to say the least.
I want to get the deleted contact name, email, phone number, city etc. I guess that the name and email will do if there is a limit of the information.

There is no way to use API calls such as GetContacts API call - since the contact is already deleted.

Please add the relevant information to the ContactDelete hook Parameters so we could know the deleted contact information so we can use this information to remove him from other systems we are using.
