I would be great if you could implement a push notification feature two the Android and iOS app of WHMCS. As the mobile software is getting capable of more and more new functions and services it would be great if you could go along with innovation.

android application: Notify if ticket is submitted
When a support ticket is submitted, the android application could notify us with a popup..That would greatly improve our ticket response times, and hence customer satisfaction.

Searching Feature aWHMCS and live notification
I am very happy to hear aWHMCS version 2 has been launch. But I have not been able to find features:1. Search based on invoices 2. On the billing menu - order - pending, I do not find menu "accept order".3. Notification if every new ticket or reply ticket or new order coming.Please both of these features can be added as soon as possible because very important for us.For the attention we thank you and hope hear good news from you.With Best Regards,IbanezGriya Hosting
