Per ICANN rules as of December 1, 2016, changing any of the registrant data on a domain name should automatically enter the domain into a 60-day transfer lock. Users do, however, have the option to opt-out of this lock prior to changing the registrant data. eNom support this process through their API.
Please add support for allowing users to opt-out of the 60-day lock within WHMCS so they can update their registrant contact info without being subjected to the lock.
